Spend a week immersed in the landscapes, history, and culture of Umbria and Tuscany. Led by professors Davide Prete and Lynn Sures, this intimate drawing journey takes you beyond the usual tourist paths and into historic cities, picturesque villages, ancient sites, and places often overlooked by travelers.
Each day offers a new place to see, explore, and draw. From the medieval streets of Città della Pieve and Orvieto to the extraordinary landscapes of Civita di Bagnoregio and the mysterious Scarzuola, the region becomes your studio.
Explore drawing through both black-and-white and color techniques, including pencil, conté, charcoal, ink, brush, colored pencil, and watercolor. Whether you are an experienced artist or simply want to see Italy in a different way, each excursion invites you to slow down, observe, and create.
Your experience includes:
7 days immersed in Umbrian and Tuscan culture
Daily guided drawing instruction
Excursions to Città della Pieve, Orvieto, Montegabbione, Civita di Bagnoregio, Perugia, Scarzuola, and Bomarzo
